here i am at the bbc the other week helping out with brian's new series of radio plays, 'the history of titus groan', which starts going out on radio 4 this afternoon...

today, as brian points out on his blog, is the anniversary of lewis carroll having told the story of 'alice in wonderland', so i thought i'd mark the day by posting a photo of my own encounter with one of the most elusive of the wonderland-folk – the cheshire cat.
