last evening brian and david's friend, pucci, invited hippolyta and me to dinner at her lovely home in venice. it was up 70 stairs, but fortunately, david did the carrying....

i took hippolyta to a concert at teatro la fenice – all went well till they played 'the dance of the hours' and hippolyta (remembering having seen a hippo dancing to this tune in the film 'fantasia') decided to join in...
