I think the answer to your question, SharonM, has to be no. Hippolyta has been muttering about the poor postal service in this part of the country and gazing moodily out of the window since yesterday morning!
Thank you for dropping me in trouble SharonM! However, I can categorically plead not guilty. So Buttons, I'm sorry to say you don't get off that lightly ...
I'm pleased to let you know - entre nous - that you are off the hook!
H has heard that invitations to the Royal Wedding are in the post, so she'll be watching the letter-box for one of those now. (I'm not taking bets on her chances of being on The List ...)

And did you get a Valentine (and send one), Buttons? Perhaps from a certain hip hippo?

And perhaps Buttons Hippo got to the door first when the post arrived on Monday?

brian's just had his hair cut so maybe he's expecting to be on the list, too!
buttons whispers (to buttons hippo)...
better not tell hippolyta, but (according to today's papers) the invites have gone out, because the beckhams have got theirs...
Oh well, if the Beckhams have got theirs, I'm not too fussed about not having received one - and neither should Hippolyta be.
Anyway, I'm sure Brian and David will be happy to throw a party for you to mark the occasion.
