If you want taste in headwear, look no further than our Hippolyta.
Apart from telling us that she was disappointed not to meet you by the altar, Buttons, she is keeping very quiet about her day with Royalty ... I fear all may not have gone according to her plan. Which must be a relief to those who organised such a splendid day.
i had a rather worrying text just after william and kate plighted their troth which said "hippolyta arrested banging on abbey door and singing it should have been me."
i was preparing to send round a file-in-fairy-cake but am now hoping that this was nothing more than one of buttons hippo's jolly japes.
Actually, we had a boring time yesterday as S&R went out for a country walk and to see some paintings by someone called Stanley Spencer (no I hadn't heard of him either) and forgot to leave the TV on for us when they left. So we had to make up what we thought was going on at the Abbey ... it's possible that we may have got some of the details wrong.

And a cracking day it was, too.
But I wonder, if like me, Buttons, you fear that you'll be having nightmares over a certain hat that was worn by a princess today.
frankly, sharon, i saw a lot of pretty scary hats! did you mean the one looked like an octopus with a hole in it?
That's the one!
I don't know if B & D let you go on Facebook, Buttons, but if they do, you'll see that lots of pages were set up yesterday on the subject.
