while waiting for the 'move' to get completed, i've been passing the time working on what i think might be the perfect vehicle for making a film debut: the wicker rabbit...
all i need to do now is convince sir christopher lee to sign the contract.
"i think i could turn and live with animals. they are so placid and self-contained. they do not lie awake in the dark and weep for their sins. they do not make me sick discussing their duty to god. not one of them kneels to another or to his own kind that lived thousands of years ago. not one of them is respectable or unhappy, all over the earth."

Only Christopher Lee? I have often been favourably compared with Britt Ekland and await the call from my agent with details of the contract. Obviously I will expect the usual mega-star treatment, but the opportunity for us to share such a wonderful experience is not to be missed ...
wonderful that you want to be a part of this thrilling venture, hippolyta! i am truly delighted – as i'm sure will be our financial backers and sir christopher.
in the earlier film ms ekland refused to dance naked, i hope you will be more amenable...
You're such a romantic, gentlemanly rabbit, Buttons (not).
The wicker bunny is really creepy.
I wish you the best of luck with this project, Buttons. I was gutted that, despite Brian pitching it to Peter Jackson, my screenplay for Goats on a Boat to star you as a brave bunny saving a Greeek island from vampire goats and including a cameo role for Judi Dench, never found a backer.

Hippolyta dance naked? After she's had her favourite champagne cocktails with malibu and cherryade chasers, just you try and stop her.
And you would try ... it's not a pretty sight ...
sharon – you have to be professional about this sort of thing. i've been reading a book about alfred hitchcock: he said you have to treat actors like cattle, and a hippo is the nearest thing in this production to cattle.
Roger - yes, sorry about that, but thanks for not giving in to studio pressure for my part to be recast with george clooney.
buttons hippo – oh....
