lucky me!

never let it be said that brian didn't look after me! in fact he gives me a treat every now and again – like this bag of good luck buttons he bought me in new zealand (the green thing on the packet is, apparently, a lucky tiki); they weren't actually quite as exciting as i'd hoped - chocolate buttons covered in hundreds-and-thousands.

still, chocolate is chocolate...

But I thought you were meant to be looking after Brian, rather than the other way around!

Don't you think it's time you offered your services to Cadbury's as their Buttons model?

i thought you knew: i was born in the cadbury factory...

brian found me in a branch of woolworths stuffed in a box with a cadbury's buttons easter egg - that's the kind of brutalising treatment we rabbits had to put up with in the unenlightened age of twenty years ago!

you'll understand, therefore, why nothing on earth would get me to go back to the cadbury torture chambers!

I didn't realize that you'd been born in a Cadbury's factory, Buttons! (How I missed the connection until now is a mystery explainable only by the fact that I'm often a Bear of Very Little Brain.)

Enjoy the buttons with the hundreds and thousands... they sound rawther tricky to eat, but I'm sure you'll find a way. Does one crunch them, or suck them?
